Tune into Journeys Through Genre with Relevant The elephant each Tuesday at 7pm. A fun and informative escapade through the evolution of Genres of Electronic music hosted by the world’s only nightclubbing, music producing Elephant. Our weekly mixes will cover Electro, Techno Big Beats, Breaks, Jungle, Drum and Bass,, Garage and Dubstep, just to name a few. Perfect for genre junkies.
BIO
Relevant Elephants are Ash Walker, Relevant Elephant and Irreverent Elephant (who is actually a mammoth pretending to be an elephant. You can’t get more irreverent than that!) We have released three albums and a stack of eps, Find us on Bandcamp https://relevantelephants.bandcamp.com/ and all streaming services. We produce music across a range of genres including Techno, House, Glitch, Trap and Chillout. We are currently working on a new album which branches out into Dubstep and Drum and Bass. We’ve also done sound design for several independent theatre companies in Sydney, Including Australian Theatre for Young People. Above all else we believe in being yourself (unless you are a mammoth trying to be an elephant).
